Samantha Tesser Haimo

Samantha Tesser Haimo has over 20 years of litigation and trial experience in State, Federal and Appellate Courts. Her broad-based litigation experience includes complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, professional malpractice, business torts, breach of contract, negligence actions, probate litigation as well as matters involving real estate. In addition, Ms. Haimo is well-versed in employment matters handling cases for employers and employees alike, including, but not limited to, sexual harassment, workplace discrimination, violations of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and Americans With Disabilities Act. Ms. Haimo also specializes in representing individual and institutional clients in every aspect of securities litigation before The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). She also has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution and related arbitration and mediation procedures.
Ms. Haimo is admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh, Fifth and Federal Circuits. She also has been admitted to practice in several other Federal Districts around the country. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Ms. Haimo has taught as an Adjunct Law Professor at Nova Southeastern University and is actively involved in many community, philanthropic and civic organizations, including the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).
Samantha obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida, cum laude, and her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, cum laude.
