Kenneth P. Wurtenberger has been actively involved as a real estate and business development attorney in Florida since 1973. He has owned and operated law firms and title companies, acted as in-house counsel for a 1,250 acre residential/hotel commercial real estate development in the Fort Lauderdale area, and has represented builders in the development, construction and sales of single family home developments.

Mr. Wurtenberger currently represents real estate developers specializing in the development, construction and leasing of retail shopping centers for banks, restaurants, pharmacies and other retail users. He is the attorney for developers of mixed use and multi-family developments, lending institutions and businesses involved in product development.

Mr. Wurtenberger has been chosen as “Dealmaker of the Year” by the Daily Business Review. He has served on the advisory board of Nova Southeastern University Wayne Huizinga School of Business Master’s Program for Real Estate Development. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney in both legal ability and ethics, the highest possible rating by the most widely recognized attorney rating organization in the world.

He received his B.A. from Syracuse University in 1966 and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law in 1969. He is a member of The Florida Bar and The New York Bar. Mr. Wurtenberger is also an authorized title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC.
