Julie Feigeles

Julie Feigeles has over 30 years of litigation experience in the State and Federal Courts. She has represented clients in all aspects of commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, construction defects, banking litigation, real estate related litigation, including residential and commercial foreclosures, and post-judgment collection proceedings. She also has extensive experience in defending and managing complex volume toxic tort litigation, including tobacco and asbestos related matters. Ms. Feigeles is a Martindale-Hubbell AV® Preeminent™ rated attorney in both legal ability and ethics.

Ms. Feigeles received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami. While in law school, Ms. Feigeles passed the CPA exam on the first sitting, and often relies on her accounting background in the representation of her clients. Ms. Feigeles is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Florida and Colorado, the Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She has served on The Florida Bar’s Equal Opportunity Law Section, the Constitutional Judiciary Committee, Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee and a Grievance Committee.

Ms. Feigeles currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors of Casa Valentina, a nonprofit organization which assists at-risk and former foster care youth in their transition to self-sufficiency. She previously served on the Board of Hands on Miami (Chair, 2003-2005), a non-profit dedicated to volunteerism, and was a founding member of the Dean’s Advisory Counsel for FIU’s Robert Stempel College of Public Health and Social Work.
