Jerry Cureton is a seasoned attorney with over four decades of experience in commercial litigation, construction law, and business contract negotiation. He is widely recognized for his strategic legal insight, relentless preparation, and a track record of delivering results in high-stakes legal matters.

Mr. Cureton began his legal career as a labor attorney with the National Labor Relations Board, where he developed a strong foundation in employment law and labor relations. He went on to become a partner at one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, where he led complex litigation and advised corporate clients on sensitive labor and business matters.

In 1989, he founded Cureton Caplan & Clark, a respected boutique law firm focused on litigation and corporate law, serving clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations. In 2013, Mr. Cureton relocated to South Florida, where he continues to provide legal counsel with a focus on litigation, construction disputes, contract negotiations, and arbitration.

Throughout his career, Mr. Cureton has successfully handled multimillion-dollar settlements, including individual case resolutions of $29 million and $200 million, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver favorable outcomes for his clients. He has negotiated and reviewed hundreds of business contracts, participated in numerous arbitration proceedings, and is trusted for his tactical approach and unwavering commitment to client success.

Mr. Cureton holds an undergraduate degree from Temple University and a Juris Doctor from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He has earned an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible peer review rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
